BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Divisional Nurse Manager for our Hibiscus Division hospice offices. These office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric hospice clients living at home and in assisted living communities throughout the New Jersey area.

As a Divisional Nurse Manage your day may look like this!

• Lead and inspire a team of nurses and clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
• Visit our hospice clients and conduct assessments throughout the NJ area.
• Oversee and support a team of field clinicians, ensuring excellence in care.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new hires, fostering their success.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

• Active RN license with at least two years of nursing experience.
• Hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Homecare Homebase is strongly preferred but not required.
• Supervisory experience (two or more years preferred) with a passion for leadership.
